Funds scholarships for deserving graduates who choose to continue their studies in a technical curriculum at an institution of higher education. Fund was established to honor the memory of Bruce Rossmeyer, a longtime supporter of YATC, who donated numerous Harley-Davidson motorcycles raffled at the Jim Moran Classic over the years, and a close friend of YATC Founder Jim Moran.
